Tax Maxx Solutions – Tax Preparation & Financial Services Training Program is a 240-hour career-training program designed to prepare adults for employment and self-employment opportunities in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, financial administrative services, and related occupations.

The program also includes QuickBooks credential preparation.
Ways to Pay for Training
Tax Maxx Solutions offers multiple potential payment and funding pathways so students are not limited to one method of paying for training.
WIOA / Individual Training Account (ITA): Eligible participants may qualify for workforce-funded training assistance when the program and participant meet applicable CareerSource/WIOA requirements. Funding is not guaranteed.
Nonprofit & Community Assistance: Students may seek tuition assistance, scholarships, sponsorships, or educational support from eligible nonprofit organizations, community organizations, charitable programs, foundations, and other third-party sponsors.
Employer Sponsorship: An employer or participating organization may pay all or part of a student's eligible training expenses.
Klarna Payment Option: Students may have the option to use Klarna to help manage eligible program costs through payment arrangements offered by Klarna. Available payment plans, payment amounts, approval, eligibility, and terms are determined by Klarna at checkout. Students should review and accept Klarna’s terms before completing payment.
Tax Maxx Pay-As-You-Go Plan: Students who are paying personally may be eligible for an installment arrangement that allows training costs to be paid according to the established payment schedule rather than paying the entire amount at once.
Self-Pay: Students may pay eligible program charges directly without third-party funding.
Important: Acceptance into Tax Maxx Solutions does not guarantee WIOA/ITA funding, nonprofit assistance, employer sponsorship, Klarna approval, or other third-party assistance. Each funding source establishes its own eligibility, documentation, approval, and payment requirements.
